Optic Fiber Microduct Connector

A microduct connector is a precision coupling fitting that joins two microduct tubes in an air-blown fiber (ABF) system.This is a telecom infrastructure engineering application. 
 
The optic fiber microduct connectors are used in air-blown fiber systems. Without connectors, fiber cannot travel long distances.

Hydraulic Speed Controller

A hydraulic speed controller is a self-contained hydraulic damper that controls the speed of moving machine parts. It is often called:
  • Hydraulic speed regulator
  • Industrial motion control damper
  • Hydraulic shock absorber with constant speed control
  • Hydraulic check or hydro-check
  • Unlike shock absorbers (which stop motion), hydraulic speed controller controls motion speed smoothly over the stroke.

  • Automation & assembly lines: stops load moving on conveyor, then allows load to continue after the plunger is depressed
  • Lathe & Drilling machine cushion-start, controls feed rate of slide operated by an air cylinder.

Pressure Indicator

A pneumatic pressure indicator is a device used to display or signal the air pressure in a pneumatic system so operators and control systems can monitor safe and correct operation.

Pneumatic Vibrator

Pneumatic vibrator (air hammer) uses compressed air to create vibration or repeated impact force. It's widely used in industrial environments where electric vibration isn't ideal (dusty, explosive, or wet areas).

Spray Valve/ Liquid Sprayer

The vacuum spray valve (liquid sprayer) is used to atomize and precisely apply liquids such as water, chemicals, oils, adhesives, coatings, or cleaning agents. It ensures controlled, uniform, and efficient liquid distribution.

This valve works on the venturi principle and is primarily used for air driven liquid spraying applications such as conveyor lubrication and sawing machines.Fine mist, adjustable flow.

Fast Testing Tool

Fast testing tool also named as fast leak test connector or fast testing valve.The products are engineered to deliver fast, reliable, and leak-tight connections for virtually any port, tube, thread, or hose. Pneumatic Valve and Cylinder for Plastic Blowing Machine

In plastic blow molding (including PET bottle blowing), pneumatic components are critical for controlling motion and air flow at precise times during the process. These machines rely on compressed air to open/close molds,move preforms and stretch rods, deliver high-pressure blowing air to shape the plastic.Pneumatic cylinders actuate the mold halves to clamp/pre-clamp before blowing and open after forming.Stretch rods extend into the preform before blowing to stretch the plastic and then retract. Pneumatic stretch cylinders perform this action.Pneumatic valves control where and when air is sent to those cylinders and to the blow-air circuits.
