Why my pneumatic vibrator stop working?

Why we need use the optic fiber microduct connector at the air blowing system?

Air-blown fiber relies on high-pressure air to push the fiber through microducts. A connector: 1️⃣ To create a continuous, airtight duct path 2️⃣ To ensure low friction and smooth fiber movement 3️⃣ To provide mechanical protection and strength 4️⃣ To enable modular and expandable network design 5️⃣ To maintain fiber integrity and performance The microduct connector is like a sealed joint in a pipeline. Without it, the “air pipeline” would leak, and the fiber could not be blown efficiently.

Why your cylinder sensor damage during using?

Firstly all our sensor must connect the load(eg. PLC or relay) during using. Secondly make sure if your system is overcurrent, our reed switch sensor is 100mA, solid state sensor 200mA. Bus door sensor can use for 1A. Thirdly make sure your direction of magnetic induction,some electric cylinder or electric linear actuator used different magnet,we need make some change at the electric board.

Lots of customers will ask if we can supply BMW,Toyota or any other brand car shock absorber?

Our shock absorber not use for automotive, they are definitely different application. Our shock absorber used for automation control system not for car or truck.

How long does shipping take?

We accept various Incoterms to meet different customer needs, including: EXW (Ex Works):You arrange pickup from our factory. FOB (Free on Board): We deliver the goods to the port of departure (usually Ningbo or Shanghai).

Generally, We require 100% prepayment , But for large-value orders，we require a 30% deposit via T/T before production begins, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment.For regular orders or established partners, we can discuss more favorable terms.
